What evs, as long as everyone is buying film. I don't care if it takes me all my life to master what I use, as long as I can make a living at it and keep aiming high...:-)

"There is very limited audience for the arty stuff, and it is largely comprised of other arty types, most of whom have no money to spend because no one is buying their stuff either. More people bring their emotions to an image than bring their intellect. The former are the folks who have checkbooks because they are engineers, accountants, and bankers—and generally they are engineers, accountants and bankers because they are not artists."

Where do you develop film in Shanghai? I will spend my summer there, glad to know a great place to develop my films (high volume could be expected)
BTW, I stayed in Xi'an for 6 years, haha

It's a place called Mr. Film. They have a taobao shop and do EXCELLENT work. I have never had any issues at all using them. My wife has visited them a few times and finds them unbelievably professional.
