BTW--I've got nothing but respect for Boeing. Any company that have come up with the B-17 and B-29 at that time, with that technology was genius.

Yes, they do assemble a few 787s in SC. Tokyo got a Disney theme park too. But it's not the real Disneyland.

    BAM!

Tokyo's Disneyland is more real than Shanghai's upcoming Disneyland (opening 2015). The smog is so thick here one wonders how they will even find this theme park.

Nothing to speculate. Kodak in their need for money decided to rather sell as complex than to sell/lease their grounds and premises in parts.

Hope they don't leave any abandoned photo chemicals around. With the inevitability of half a dozen Starbucks on any new development on the
premises, it's inevitable some odd new flavor will appear... maybe amidol mocha latte?

Kodak already left their scent-mark at Rochester. And they are establishing a fund to pay for future clean-up. Though there is no reference to current affairs.

I'd hate to see Kodak Park turn to a gathering point for wingnuts to sip overpriced coffee and get tattoos and piercings. And go home to their section 8 apartments.

Remember that Ilford does not own the property their plant sits on either. At least that is what I remember.

And, the Kodak sale is predicated on their setting up an "escrow" fund to cover any chemical contamination problems that turn up in the future for the prospective buyer.
