Made the annual trip to the Calgary Stampede (and of course will take my sweet time returning home via Banff/Yoho) and had a reasonably productive day considering the weather (high of 16C, periodically cloudy, but when the late pm sun came out...Mother Nature redeemed herself with some glorious golden hues). Through the F6, I shot four rolls of E100G and a roll of E100VS. Black and white-wise, I shot two rolls of HP5 and a roll and a half of Delta 3200 with the M6. All-in-all a satisfying day!
    Some Nikons (F6, F5x2, F3P, F3HP, F2ASx4, F2A, F2 and a D800), with Ai/Ais Nikkors ranging from 15mm to 600mm; Leicas (M6X2), with Leitz glass from 28 to 90mm and a pair of Hasselblads (500c/ms), with Zeiss glass from 50 to 250mm. A bit of stuff for a no-longer practicing professional, but justifiable for a now-converted hobbyist who absolutely loves taking/making pictures.

400tx, 1600pr, 400pr, 400nc, 160nc.. I basically grab whatever is around and use it in 3-4 different bodies at various times. Film is life.
Stop worrying about grain, resolution, sharpness, and everything else that doesn't have a damn thing to do with substance.

Yesterday I loaded my last roll of Fuji Press 1600 into the camera set to 6400 and headed north to a coal mine tour.

With the prices being asked on that auction site though, I think it will be my last roll for a bit too. Judging from the prices, Fuji must have discontinued manufacture of it.

Fujicolor Pro 160S in my Nikon F3HP. Film processed and printed with a photo CD by Photographic Works in Tucson (for $15.00!). I'm very pleased with the results, my Nikon F3HP, purchased in 1983, has never been CLA'd and it still performs magnificently. I purchased a couple of new Kodak films for the future - Kodak Ektar 100, and Kodak Portra 160.
