Shoot to Cross Process - any exposure adjustment needed

    Howdy,

I have a roll of Sensia 200 that has been floating around my fridge for a couple of years now. I thought it might be a bit fun to shoot it and then cross process it in C-41.

If I was to shoot it at box speed, would I process it as per normal C-41 directions? Or would I need to compensate either at shooting or processing time?

    Cheers

Easiest to over-expose at least one stop(rate it at ISO100)and process normally.
