    Yes, absolutely.

If by "roll" you mean master roll.

    That's $7.22 per frame for 36 frames.

8x10 color processing ranges from $6 to $8 per sheet.

    Man up or move over!

I would be a little more easily to think about if it were that price for all 5 rolls.

    Future Kodachrome Colour Developing

Frankly, given everything that PE and Steve said about how hard it would be to process, the materials, and the time, and this price does not surprise me. If someone could have done it for $20-30 bucks a roll I don't think it processing of it would have stopped.

I think that is good to put this option out there Steve, but as my freezer is only full of old BW film, I am mot a candidate to be a customer. I hope someone bites as a want to see what they look like!!

OTOH, if Kevin Kittle over on the Kodachrome project gets his K-Lab processor going, and can procure chemicals, it could happen.

Damn! You beat me to it by a few minutes. I was going to write "if the exposed roll was found in an attic with a note saying 'LHO leaving the Texas School Book Depository building.'"

    Wwwwhat!? $250!?

    Come off the glue!

Other things you can do with an idle $250?
For me, a KEP-M gallery print, 81cm x61cm, dibonded, mounting battens and certificate, ready for the bright lights of the gallery. All that (including scan, colourimetrics, proofing etc) from film that remains available and abundant and is cheap to process. Kodachrome has gone. Tugging at the forelocks of a carcass is bizarre. Move on with what film you have and what is available.
