It may work well. Stephen seems to think so. I wouldn't totally give up on it. It's worth a try, but bear in mind too that Swiss Ilford was almost kaput, seems the judge didn't go for it, so availability of Ilfoflex may go from difficult to impossible too.

    Sigh.

Novel idea which has been explored here on APUG before. But...where are you going to get Ilfoflex from? Maybe by arm-bending Stephen??

You can apply the same idea to Fujiflex. Different manufacturer, basically the same stuff (RA4 emulsion on a plastic support). No idea how well it reverses, but I would assume it's going to be similar to Crystal Archive.

Poisson Du Jour, good question. I might have been saved by a fellow and his friend. the one who contacted me is in Finland. Seems they are playing with Ilfoflex too. Could be fun. Don
