I applaud you for being a watchdog for copyright infringement, but I can assure you that in this particular case, you are really wasting your time and creating an unnecessary distraction from the topic. Also, sorry, I seem to have been taking your quotes directly from the British Journal of Photography's article as the words mimic them perfectly, not the Kodak press release. This was to me Infridgement.

Steve -
I've been buying up kodachrome whenever I see it. I have six rolls left in the fridge and I haven't bumped into any in the local shops for a while, so I guess it will be the last six. It's in there with my last box of Kodak HIE that I'm saving for a sunny day. Sad but more or less inevitable.

Dwayne's is committed to processing it through December 31, 2010, according to the Kodak site, so shoot it now, ask questions later.

PKM-25.
It seems you changed the text of your "Release" that no longer includes verbatim the text of the British Journal of Photography. I'm sorry, I may seem like a butt head but that was infridgement and now that you've changed your orig message I see you agree.
Thank you.

Best,

Some language, yes, but the text that PKM-25 changes was from BJM, written by BJM and belonged to BJM. I know, I know I sound like a complete butt head, but when it comes to this, I only hope you agree infridgement is a huge point. No matter if it's your image stolen and placed on someone's site, no matter if it's written words from another photography journal that seem to be passed on as "your own" out of context, not in the orig press release. It's stealing. We simply can't have it both ways.
I really don't want to go on with this but the point is clear and I don't like infridgement too much, no matter how large or small and I hope most agree.

First learn to spell "infringement," and you may have some credibility in discussing it.
Now please, keep this discussion on topic, or you will be banned from the thread.

". . . I fully understand copyright infringement." You are an exceedingly rare person.
