Portra 160 NC -- "Made in USA for International Use"?

Adorama has two versions of the five-pack box of 120 format Kodak 160 NC. One is denoted "(Made in USA for International Use)" and costs $2.50 MORE than the plain "*USA*" version.

What is the difference between the films?

    1. One type has active passports and visas while the other does not.
    2. $2.50

Usually the international version costs less, so that's a bit odd. The distinction is usually about special offers and loyalty rewards. If there's a deal, for instance, where you get some Kodak swag from Kodak USA for purchasing a certain number of units of film, it usually has to be film destined for the US market.

Ouch, Kodak. Don't do that with Ektar.
No, seriously, perhaps shipping is included?

$2.50 would ship that 5-pack only a few blocks away from the store, at least in USPS international prices
