    darkroom_rookie,

It looks nice, but it is not wise to store paper or chemicals in the darkroom, from what I have always been taught. Supposedly the fumes can affect the emulsions. Color should go in the fridge too, especially professional emulsions, which are shipped at their optimum color balance.

No, I think that would probably be me, so far I've got just the sink built as you can see here. I hope to be building the stand for it this weekend, very similar to what I see with yours and I like the incorporation of drying rack screens beneath the sink that I saw in Robert Hall's darkroom photos. Currently, I'm in the process of clearing the spare bedroom and making way for things---now, I'm re-routing the dish cable and wireless internet to another room.

Excellent job of converting that dingy space into a very nice darkroom.

    Hi David,
This lighting seems very efficient. What is the light bulb power ? Is it the Delta Brightlab Jumbo 25 W ?

    It's the 11 watt. http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/produc...ed_Junior.html

I have used the bigger 25 watt bulbs in the past. A darkroom I had for my employer in the 1980s had two of them.
