How does this tank develop 4x5?

How many sheets will it hold? I can't figure it out.

ID:	71134Nikor 4 x 5 12 sheet tank. Here is the instruction sheet.
Adjustable top plate for sheet width. Should have a stainless clip that wraps around the perimeter to hold the sheets in the grooves during development. Large rubber band will do if it is missing.

Rather than one long spiral channel like a 35mm or 120 reel, this reel has multiple channels each holding a single sheet. I forget how many it will hold. It's adjustable for different sizes of sheet film.
