Removing black sport on negative glass

Hi!

I've found some small dark spots which look like it comes for some black pen on my negative glass in my negative carrier. It is an Anti-Newton glass I use for my 4x5" negative printing. I tried to wash it away with several different kind of chemicals and scratch it also, but it wont go completely away. The spots becomes visible on my prints so it is annoying.

Any one have an idea of how to clean it?

Methylated spiririts, or any sort of alcohol, followed by a wash in warm water. Dry carefully with an appropriate cloth.

PEC 12 or Eclipse photo cleaners would also work.
