Does anyone know if a baseboard from a D2 would fit a D5XL? is the D5 baseboard bigger? I can't find the D2 specs anywhere. Thanks for any info!

check with Harry at classic-enlargers. he is the expert when it comes to omega enlarges.

I believe the addess is www.classic-enlargers.com
but I won't bet on that.

There is a Q&A section but he is good about sending back replys via email

here's a site that has most omega manuals online:

    http://www.darkroompro.com/frames/index.html

this is another good reference site for omega:

    http://www.khbphotografix.com/omega/

    hope this helps a bit.

Don't know if Harry has what you need, but will say one thing about Harry was good, fair and treated me right..needed a Nikon 150 enlarger lens mounted (older style - read not 39mm leica mount) and he did a great job. Ask for no money up front and just sent me a bill after he sent the mounted lens back.

How often does that happen these days?

The web address is right. If some trouble with that, try his email: Harry@Classic-Enlargers.com
