Looking for a lensboard for a Saunders LPL

Hi, I'm looking for a lensboard for donation to a High School Photo program. My old photo teacher needs a lensboard for the enlarger pictured below, and I was wondering if anyone had a free lensboard for a good cause.

I'm not sure what size board I need, but it has to be able to fit an EL-Nikkor 50mm

'Tis easily made. 1/16" or 1/8" ply and a hole saw.
The Nikkor uses a 39mm thread.

Yes, 39mm threaded hole. But I think it would be not simple to make as it is a round, recessed lens board.
