All 2500/2800 system tank lids are interchangeable.
You might need to replace the beaker light trap on the 2830 lid with the light trap funnel on the 2550 lid, but the lid itself is the same.

Good for you! Looks like a great developing aid.

I've been thinking about doing 8x10 pinhole so this would be perfect for me. Also looking forward to a 5x7 version since that is the size sheet film I shoot today (with lenses).

3 days to go! 7500$ stretch is getting close

Last week we reached the 6000$ mark, and now with only 3 days left - there is still lots of places to reach out to and make the CL81 larger then life!

You can help us by spreading the word on all you social media outlets, user forums - and please let your LF shooter friends know about the project as well.

7500$ stretch goal: Help us reach this stretch goal so we can add an awesome vinyl sticker to each CL81. Put that sticker on your bumper so people know you ain't playin around - you shoot 8X10!

Lets make this final push and keep it going!

Really nice idea - I would be interested in a 5x7" solution, but I might put in a dime or two just for the sake of it.

We did it! We could not have gotten this without the help of each and every one of our backers and supporters.

At least 10% of our funding for the project came from APUG users (though this only counts those of you who clicked the link on this post)!!!

As the funds are being collected we are already starting to get the final details of the first production run worked out, so that the factory can start making the CL81's ASAP, and hopefully they will start working on our order in the next couple of days.

The super coll stickers are also on the way and should be here by the end of the week.

We will update again when the parts start shipping and arrive at our warehouse.

Thanks again to each and every one of you.

    Woohoo!
Now I just have to solve that pesky problem of not having an 8x10 camera, but at least it means I can start using Xray film in my pinhole-suitcase...

    Don't tempt me .
Well, all I really need is a rear standard and bellows for a Toyo 810G to attach to my 45G, plus a few film holders, but the budget won't stretch past a few hundred (and I doubt I'd even get a few film holders for that).
By the time I earn enough to be able to afford to shoot 8x10 in colour, there probably won't be any left. But at least there'll be Ilford still making B+W when I can afford to upgrade. (Unless, of course, I win the lottery).

Now we have to do some final adjusting and assembly and prepare the rewards for shipping!

We hope to start shipping rewards sometime next week, about 3 months ahead of schedule!
