Can't get a Walker camera - thanks a lot, pinhole people!!!

I have borrowed canham wooden 5x7 for a couple hours on a couple occasions. It doesn't make me an expert reviewer, but I suspect the hardware is similar or better on the new dlc2. The wooden ones I used had no play and tightened down nicely after adjusting things. I'm happy with my old cameras, but if I were in the market, canham would be on the list.

Nothing wrong with a wood camera that a good dusting rag won't cure.

My other 4x5 is a Super Tek IV.

You can get a nice Linhof, used, for less than the plastic Walker. Of course, you can't fix a broken Linhof with glue from the local plumbing shop.
