I'm sorry I don't know of any. But Shanghai is a stunningly big, sophisticated, and growing place, and I saw lots of commercial photographers (using film!) out and about while there.
I think the odds are good that you can find someone there to purchase and process large format film. You might try a google search before you go, and contact someone you find from that.
