Dimension to film plane for film holders

I picked up a pile of wooden cut film holders. I need to check them for warpage. It seems the distance from the reference surface of the holder to the film plane should be 3/16" for 4x5 holders. Does anyone know what the dimension should be for 5x7 and 3.25x4.25 holders? I'm warming up the depth gage.
