One tip: many of the Shorpy photos come from the Library of Congress online collections. If you want to download and print your own version, and want the highest resolution, it is often worth taking keywords from the Shorpy post and searching on them at LOC. There are often alternative takes, and the largest resolution file is often bigger.

Shorpy of course will print and post you copies of the images at very reasonable rates, so this is not a crack at them.

If you only see the photo on top, you are missing at least 4 additional images, as they post about 5 images per day.
