Anyone in the uk manage to get a subscription to View camera magazine?

I am getting really frustrated at this. I emailed Mike Walker as per the View camera web site for international subscribers. No reply. That was at the beginning of this year. I chased and chased, and View Camera mailed me to say they were sorry and would sort it. STILL nothing!

I cannot believe you just can't subscribe direct! I mean, how much effort does it take to send something overseas now? I subscribe to a great magazine called 'The Sun' (excellent mono photography by the way), and that is no problem.

If anyone in the states wants to subscribe for me, and would take the trouble to mail it to me as and when it arrives, I would gladly pay!

    Comments appreciated.

I get mine thru Mike. My sub was renewed at the beginning of the year and I've been receiving my issues just fine.

Steve Simmonds has a thread about View Camera here. I posted the link to your post there.

Steve, I get my copy of View Camera though Mike no problem
Have you tried giving him a call - details are on the Walker Camera Web Site - http://www.walkercameras.com/
I have found Mike to be pleasant & easy to deal with but like many one man operations you need to catch him at times when is not overwhelmed with work
    His phone number is 0124 488 1755
    Regards

When I subscribed to this, it was being distributed in Europe through Robert White, in Pool. You might ask them is this is still being done.
