    My new Darlot

I picked this lens up off of e-bay the other day and I was hoping that someone could tell me something about it. The VM had little info. If anyone was watching this lens I got it for $ 90.00 and it cleaned up very, very well! It is marked Darlot Optician Paris. #36366. it has an iris with US stops that read 1,2,4,8, 16 & 32. It measures 7 inches long and the glass diameter in front is 3" and the rear glass is 3 1/4". Weights about 4 pounds and looks to be about 13" focal length. Any additional info would be great.

Emil, it was a stroke of good fortune. Jim Galli was asleep at the wheel on this one. The glass is great! I can't wait to use it and expand my creativity. You have given me some inspiration with your images and I thank you for that.

Dan, thanks. That was what I needed.
