Sounds good to me! As long as it gets used!

At least with LF landscape, a bad day of photography can be a good day of exercise.

I have a Cadet, it's a cheap but extremely functional & capable 5x4 camera, ideal as a starter camera or as a backup

If you have standard international fit 5x4 glass plate holders (ie same dimensions as modern film holders) they'll fit with no problems.

Am I too late?? did it find a home? I am new to lg format, have film and film holders and was trying to figure out a way to stuff them into an old polaroid land camera...not working out so much. I am trying to get in touch with other lg format photographers in my area, Sunshine Coast of BC.
    My fingers are crossed....

It was given away at the workshop. Good luck finding a camera. If you are willing to use a studio style rail camera instead of a field camera they can be found used for good prices on line. Not as easy to pack as a field camers but it can be done and at a lower cost. With comercial studios going to digital this is a great time get into LF.
