Does anyone know if the 360mm Tele Xenar will work on 8x10? Some time ago I stumbled across a chart with coverage details for old/classic LF lenses-is it still out there somewhere? Also is there a UK answer to Steve Grimes?
"He took to writing poetry and visiting the elves: and though many shook their heads and touched their foreheads and said 'Poor old Baggins!' and though few believed any of his tales, he remained very happy till the end of his days, and those were extraordinarily long "- JRR Tolkien, ' The Hobbit '.

No, that lens is designed for 4x5". You can check coverage at www.schneideroptics.com. I have a 360/5.5 Tele-Arton that's designed for 5x7" and will cover 8x10" at portrait distances, but not at infinity.

Again no, the 360mm Tele-Xenar is designed for 5x7", not 4x5". Just like the (later) Tele-Arton.
