I plan on doing just about everything with the Keith. It will be great for portraits, as you suggest.I also look forward to doing landscapes. With the Keith, I can trip the shutter at just the right time when the clouds are where I want them in the picture. Dark red filters are not an issue with this camera. There are some limitations with a twin lens camera, but mostly with close up work. Some of my best pictures were with my Mamiya twin lens cameras.
