I have seen those backs on the auction site a few times, always thought they looked interesting. Now having looked at your pictures I suddenly think I NEED one

One question I have for anyone with a Graflex - how useable are the top mounted rangefinders with a 612 back in place? I find that with a PA-45 it's annoying to focus..

I have a side mounted Kalart, but it's quite usable.

How did you do this ? You can't advance the film by looking through the windows, so you just guess ?

    Regards,
    Stefan.

I took the old backing paper, and measured how many turns of the advance knob it took to advance to the next number required.
