Minolta 197/6,2

I recently purchased a Minolta F.Rokkor 197/6,2 from a member here and I have been trying to get some info on it. It has no aperture or shutter and I was thinking about using it for a project but I don't know how big of an image circle it has and what size it will cover, I would like to go 8x10 if possible. Any ideas?

take a piece of paper and a window, and focus it to infinity, you'll see the coverage you get.
