Real, or someone's imaginations of a cool camera?

I've been intrigued by this Absolut Vodka ad, with a really funky camera in the closing seconds of the video. (and pretty funky visual styling and soundtrack as well.)

Whaddya think? Is this a real camera, or does some production designer have a really good imagination?
