    At least the photo of him was at his prime.

    My paper showed the equivalent of a singing raisin, the guy's skin was so worn near his end, where this shot must have been made.

    I don't belive it is a vending machine. It looks like a shop window. A vending machine would have the lowest items ready to drop.
