Default bw filter kits 35mm

i am searching for red, yellow and other filters for my nikon lenses. i have found that individually they can be quite expensive! are there any filter kits available for black and white 35mm photography out there that are not going to break the bank? thanks to all in advance!

The Cokin system is quite cheap. All you need are the different diameter adapter rings, then you can use the same filters on all your lenses.

Find a local camera shop that takes trades of used equipment and ask for used filters. If that doesn't work, KEH has tons of used filters in common and some uncommon sizes, and at very good prices. They don't gouge you with shipping. They do ship internationally.

I'm selling some 52mm threaded filters and some adapter rings on eBay. If an APUGers gets them I'll knock 10% off the final price.
