    Congratulations - looks good.

One hint (from hard won experience):

Store liquids/chemicals closest to the floor.

In particular, not above any equipment, film or paper!

    Have fun!

That looks like a sweet set-up there.
Do you have a wet side?
Good advice about the chems, bad enough if it spills on the floor - worse if it spills on the easel etc.

    Enjoy the printing.

Good going, bet that feels good. Its really great to have a dedicated space, and not have to break down whenever you finish. Pics look good and I concur about the chems.

My wet side is the other side of the room, no running water but I have found that is not an issue for me. I have just added up the total cost of all my stuff most from the bay about £500 including cameras and spot meter not bad me thinks.

Oh and chems moved to floor on a clean easy board

    £500 inc cameras?

You drive a hard bargain! Well bought.

No worries about the running water, just remember if the finished unwashed prints are kept in a tray/bucket awaiting washing - change that water during a session as the level of fixer will build up in it as more prints are added.
