Anyway, the gelatin itself is held to the paper by something -- all glue canít be bad.

While I think I like the look of the stamp better, it doesn't seem like it would work for RC paper. Is there a special type of ink?

Ordered a stamp today, locally. We'll see how it works out.

Well... I fell for it. Drew up & ordered a stamp. Bought some Rexton ink and a dry pad. The stamp came today, and I am less than pleased. The stamp is made of a clear material, and if I am not mistaken the ink makes the stamp sticky. Really bad job of stamping. I should have SPECIFICALLY ASKED for the old 'red rubber' type of stamp. But then I didn't expect anything else.

    grrrr

Thanks guys, I believe a phone call tomorrow will get me some answers. From looking over their web site, I figure there's a pretty good chance they can give me an explanation of what is going on (and sell me a stamp to boot).

    Superior

These people do it right.(Superior) And they delivery very fast. I think they have been making photo stamps for a long time. I know I'm happy with mine-although it's time to order a new one. Comes with ink!
    Regards, Peter
