    Making a Living

I'm just wondering how many people actually make a living out doing purely black and white photography whether it's Landscape, Portrait, Wedding or some other branch of photography.

Quite a few, but they won’t answer because they all staved to death years ago.

I've noticed that many of the folks who are actually busy making a living doing photography don't spend a whole lotta time hanging out on the 'net. Several I've met in the past few years hadn't even heard of APUG! :o

I suspect there's a lot of truth in that.

Either I don't fit the general basket or I better reduce my input here

Well, I'm glad I don't have to make a living from being a photographer, judging by the number of prints I've been able to sell in my life... I admire those that can do it, though. Seems like a tough way to go through it. I see it as supplemental income.
    Good luck!
