Default epson v500 troubles

Does anyone have experience scanning 6x7 120 with an epson v500 photo? im having troubles getting it to read the film properly. it cuts the photos in half.

EDIT: I'm using mac osx 10.5

People still can be helpful here though, right? I mean, you have to get the photos to your computers somehow, how else would you be able to post them for c&c and whatnot
