    Stores Germany Stuttgart

    Hi,
Does anybody know where I can buy film in stuttgart?
I found rebranded superia in many drug stores and kodak farbwelt in 1-hour labs, but no professional films like portra.

    Thanks

Try Photostudio 13. There just outside of Stuttgart. They're primarily a lab, but given the vast array of things they do, it's likely that they carry some. Their address is Heilbronner Strasse 1
    in Leinfelden-Echterdingen

    There's a Calumet in Stuttgart: http://www.calumetphoto.de/INTERSHOP...Name=stuttgart

And there was also a big photo shop with lots of film cameras I spotted in May, but didn't have a chance to investigate closely - somewhere between the Hauptbahnhof and where I was staying near the Feuersee... maybe on the Kronprinzstrasse...

For super cheap films go to DM - drogerie markt: Agfa APX 100 is 3,45€, color films iso 200 and 400 are 1,45€ (3-pack even cheaper), 3-pack of Kodak Gold 200 is around 8,5€.

A short train ride away is the lovely city of Tübingen - well worth a visit and it also has a great photo shop called Foto Walter. Would be worth giving them a call:

    Foto Walter
    Friedrichstraße 15
    72072 Tübingen
    Tel.: 07071 93050

There is also a 500 year old bookshop which (well last time I visited some years ago) had a good selection of photography books. However, the bookshop is worth a visit just to see it:

    Osiandersche Buchhandlung
    Wilhelmstraße 12
    72074 Tübingen
    Tel: +49 (0)7071 9201-0

    Bests,

    David.

    Marc!
Foto Hirrlinger closed recently … after 112 years. Perhaps Photo-Planet next to the main railway station still has film, but I’m not sure.

Found some cheap films at dm drug store. They look like rebranded Fuji superia. Just a guess though. At "Hobby Foto" I found portra 400. All set now with two 5 packs. Thanks for all the help!
