That's very moderate for July-many Phoenicians would call that a cool day. Was it cloudy? If it was clear that would be unseasonably cool. When it's clear it only starts getting a little uncomfortable when it's above 110 or so...
When I lived there, the temperature did not go below 90 degrees at night for a couple months!
Heck, it was 100 here today, which is fairly common for this time of year.
