It's just harder for them to compete up here....they're used to the puck spinning the other direction.

Probably true. But the majority of people follow the football, not babes or brutes clacking sticks, however engaging it looks.

In this country, hockey is played with a round ball, on grass or astro turf. While we didn't medal at the olympics this time, our national team does pretty well.

Oh, or is there some other form of hockey ?

    Here that's called field hockey.

    Well, there's tonsil hockey...
I do use a digital device in my photographic pursuits when necessary.
When someone rags on me for using film, I use a middle digit, upraised.

I like the images done with the paper negatives. Looks like it was fun. And done much better than I could have done. I do not think I could made that many processing errors if I tried!

At least with LF landscape, a bad day of photography can still be a good day of exercise.

Yes, big deal to LF. A guy I've seen before at Deakin University here in Geelong was yesterday photographing the new medical school there, with staff, with a Linhof. The last time I saw him he was on a cherry picker photographing the Anglesea flyover on the Geelong Ring Road. Maybe digital is dead already? Rejoice.
