It takes 127 film, which is still available, though limited in choices. Try Freestyle.

Hi Todd, I don't have a baby rollei, nearly bought one but I found out it takes 127 film, which, at least over here in the UK, is very hard, in fact since the demise of Fotokemika, almost impossible to get. A nice camera but obselete due to the film size.

Difficult to get 127 now, I wouldn't use it as a working format. Even the last of Efke's production is now fetching $$$ on Ebay.

You can do some reversible mods to a bunch of the 127 format cameras and run 35mm film in them. I do that with a couple baby Yashica TLRs. Kind of a pain as you have to carry a changing bag with you to change film/rewind it manually, but it gets them out in the field.

Fotoimpex still lists it. Three different emulsions, too. http://www.fotoimpex.de/Home/films/e-127/e-127.html

Efke have closed, of course, so I guess any remaining stocks are finite. Even if someone handmakes a cut-down product, it's not going to be cheap.

The Baby Rolleis were gorgeous....my great-aunt had one way back, but it was sold off in her estate.

Yes I had both the grey and the black versions. I parted with them when I though I should get rid of things I wasn't utilising, but now I wish I'd kept one.

But Efke seems to be still with us - http://www.freestylephoto.biz/brands...FKE-Fotokemika

Sadly those must be old webpages. There was many postings on here concerning Fotokemica's closure last year, e.g. the 48 pages(!) on

    http://www.apug.org/forums/forum390/...otokemika.html

(My great-aunts camera was the grey version....beautiful. They were the posh side of the family, long holidays in France and Switzerland, while we had a week in Margate....but memorable slide shows from the 4x4 transparences! )
