Hear mixed things about them. May have to use them though

I had a bad experience buying a "new" Kiev 60 from them. They sent me a defective camera (bad frame spacing and severe internal image degrading reflections). Then they quoted me an obscene price for repairing it.

I've used Vermont Camera Works a number of times for repairs and not had any problems with them.

Didn't know Vermont Color did repairs like this. Have used them for photo processing in the past though. Thanks
