Well my Rolleiflex is at Black on White in Bristol as we speak. They have an good reputation and did a superb job repairing the shutter on my 165mm f8 Super Angulon last year.

You need to speak to John there - Black on White. He's just CLA'd the shutter on my Yashicamat and hopefully will finish the Rollei in a day or so.

I have had a Rollei T for some years now, great camera, much easier to carry around than the heavier 3,5f. Have fun with it, sorry I can't help on service - last time I got mine done was with Rollei in London.

Newton Ellis & Co. have a good reputation as both a camera repairer and I believe that they specialise in Rollieflex repairs. Their web site is:

Brian Mickleboro is the guy - he is factory trained and has 30-40 years of experience in servicing Rollei cameras.

His contact details are...

6 Fairway,
Bishops Stortford,
Herts,
CM23 5LT

tel. 01279 755862

I've had a couple of Rollei TLR's serviced by him and he does an excellent job.

Simon

Thanks all
I've contacted Mr Mickleboro, and he's given a good quote.
I'm going to have the work done, I really like the camera although I only got 1 and a half rolls though before shutter problems occurred.

The Tessar lens is lovely.
