Default Step up ring for a Baby Rollei?

I have a baby Rollei that I'd like to be able to use filters with. I've seen mentioned step-up rings made for this, but I've not been able to find one. Any suggestions?

Baby rollei uses standard bay I filters, it just mounts 180 deg. the other way than other rolleis.

Yes, I realize that is Bay I/30. I have threaded filters in various sizes and don't want to spend a lot of money duplicating them for a camera that doesn't get a lot of use. I found what I needed on ebay of all places.
