The 330 and 220's were the latest, and most likely to be in nice condition.

the 33 and 330 will automatically cock the shutter when you advance the film.
The 220 is lightest of them all. None of them are small.

That said, I was perfectly happy with a C3 while I had one. The C3 is simpler than the 33 or 330, and cheaper than the 220. Takes the same lenses.

The 645 cameras will have much better handling characteristics. But the way I see it, if you want really sharp photos, you have to use a tripod. With a tripod, all fancies of 'handling' go out the window. If you want hand-held, stick with 35mm.
