CLA for Medalist II?

Does anyone have suggestions for a USA place that can do a CLA on a Kodak Medalist II?

I just had Ken Ruth do a CLA and a 120
conversion to my Medalist II -- first-rate
work. I would recommend Ken without
reservation.
