55mm wow! But didn't Fuji recently DISCONTINUE a perfectly fine 6x9 with a 65mm lens. This new one is going to be smaller and make it sell better or what??

Voigtländer is just a brand. As is Fuji in this case.
The camera is made by Cosina.

The camera will be offered under the two brands depending on part of the world.

Has anyone else noticed the irony that Fuji is one of the few companies still selling MF film cameras, yet in the last year they have discontinued their most popular MF B&W film with no sign of a replacement? Do they understand that users of the GF670w will be filling them with Tri-X or HP5+ or similar competitive product? Maybe the Camera Division and the Film Division don't talk to each other.

They should have made it 6x9 and put a 105mm lens on it with the option of a 135mm lens.

    I am a 6x9 diehard fan and I don't care much for 6x7.

rz69 would be awesome! huge though. Basically the size of a Fuji gx680 at least. the rz67 is barely hand-holdable as-is, and if you have to use a tripod, then why not just a 4x5 field camera... ?

Mamiya 9 would be the ultimate, I think. RF 6x9, with the fantastic mamiya lenses.

this fuji/cosina is a nice thing to be sure. If it had interchangable glass, then I'd be really interested.

Or just add lens-exchangability to their late GW690III Professional...

I would not call the RB/RB "barely" hand holdable. The way I see it, the mechanics of hand holding it are fine. It is the limiting apertures that kill hand holdability the most, limiting you to working in strong-enough light. It is certainly harder to use at eye level than a Hassy, but doable without much complaint.
