If they catch him, I can sell him another twenty six 'pairs'

Yeah, me too! Sometimes they go for so long that I forget all about them, then only to be re-discovered, and it's like having a brand new camera again. Possibly camera manufacturers could build in a ring tone like the one that helps you find your phone.....

If anyone sees my Konica Lexio 70, please let me know. It seems to have evaporated.

Thats weird, I keep finding cameras at my house. It seems pretty plausible that there might be a wormhole connecting our homes. Your lost cameras become my found cameras.

I have a box of about 1000 35mm slides and it simply vanish. I have tried for 15 years to find them but couldn't find them. I know they were not stolen. Too bad too because they were the good ones that I have selected to keep and I lost them while that bad ones are still laying around the house.

A few years ago I went stupid buying up a buttload of P&S cams. Quite a few of them seem to have vanished, though I found them again last night, in a plastic bag hanging on a nail in my basement where I wouldn't lose them.

I am beginning to resent being referred to as 'half-fast'.
    Whatever that's supposed to mean.

The camera catches light. The photographer catches life.

Nothing really expensive, but I had a Nikon Lite Touch AF 28mm f3.5 compact disappear that I wished I had back.

I got it free and love it, haven't found anything similar. I've though about a WTB on here or trade, I've got a few pre-AI Nikkors I would part with in a trade for one. I loved it, was a great 35mm compact walkaround when I didn't feel like carrying an SLR. I could literally fit it in my pocket.
