Will my Nikon FG accept this zoom lens?

    I have a Nikon FG - wondering if a Nikon ED AF Nikkor 70-300mm 1:4-5.6 D Lens

will fit and be compatible with it? (sorry for the boldness - copy and pasted from a site)

    Thanks!

Yup. Just stay away from G lenses--no aperture ring.

What is a lens like that worth? $300? It is not new, it is used....
    Thanks for the information!

It's not an outrageously pricey lens used, so that seems steep. Check KEH and eBay completed auction listings.

$85-100 would be a fair price, $300 is ridiculous. The last one i sold on ebay went for $90.
