Most of the Contax SLR line will, with the exception of the RTS, RTS II, the S2/S2b, and the older oddballs like the 159mm. The 167MT was the first camera of any make to have auto-bracketing.

If I recall I think my Minolta Maxxum 9000 will bracket with the Program Back Super 90 attached. It took too many batteries so I stopped using the program back. Click image for larger version.

Nikon F4 as long as you have the MF-23 control back fitted.

The Rollei QZ 35 W/T cameras offer bracketing and a 1/8000 top speed, which is fairly awesome for a point and shoot.

I dug out the manual for the Minolta Program Back Super 90 and it will actually bracket up to 9 exposures. Can any modern camera bracket 9 exposures?

Sigma SD, 9,10,14, 15 will bracket 3 over 3 under at 1/3 stops, in term of film Sigma, the Sigma SA 7 and 9 has the capacity.
