New Voigtlander M42 mount lenses are still made; check out this page:

A friend has a 120/2.5 Macro Apo-Lanthar which he uses on his Icarex (and sometimes Pentax Spotmatic and Praktica IVF) and it is exceptional. There are of course plenty of viable M42 camera bodies around at budget prices, the advantage of the new Voigtlander Bessaflex is, of course, being new and having a bright finder, whether these advantages offset the extra price or not is up to your priorities.
