Seems like there are more Danes than I ever hoped for - interesting!

The MB-20 battery grip followed too, I think that will be my preferred one for the most time as far as bulkyness goes. Had it with me (with MB-21) at a musical where my Cousin made some on-stage drawing where I got to use the 35-70mm with Agfa Vista 400 (really Fuji Superia 400?), I was drawing a lot of attention at the back rows as I clicked away.

I have just bought cheaply a 50mm 1:1.8 E-series lens; should I invest in an AF 50mm 1:1.4 D? Doing some night photography and playing with slower film, so it seems worthwhile to have a whole stop more light available. It'll also enable me to do indoor photography with no flash...

What budget-minded Nikon lens is worth owning? I think primes are my thing as they are sharper, lighter and with less distortion... Anything in the 28-55mm range would be my immediate preference I think.

BTW - are there any APUG members residing near Aarhus?

Welcome to APUG, Soren! I haven't used the 50mm D but I have the AiS version -and it has very nice bokeh. Why not get the 85 /105 or 135?
