    Hello from a new user

    Hi all
Just joined after finding the site and it is so good to see therte are still persons out there who still have a passion for real photography, not just taking loads of snaps and then stitching them to get the ideal picture.
Don't get me wrong, digital does have it's placve its ust that I prefer the effort involved with planning a photograph and not just takning something near and then using a pc to modify, change colours, mask off etc.
Anyway so much of the issue
I look forward to reading and taking part in the foruns as this mode is, for me, the only true photography.
I use all from 35mm to medium format both b/w and colour including processing.
Still have not completed my darkroom but hopefully that will occur this Christmas, (Wife hoping that is)
    Don

“Photography is a complex and fluid medium, and its many factors are not applied in simple sequence. Rather, the process may be likened to the art of the juggler in keeping many balls in the air at one time!”

    Good Evening,

Welcome from southwestern Illinois, where four to five inches of heavy, wet snow had to be shoveled today.
