Just thought I'd say Hi!

I just stumbled across this forum, and it looks to be full of info for the film fan!
I'm Kevin, come from the south coast of England, have been taking pictures since I was a young boy (I'm now 48 ), and still love to use my old film cameras. I do have a Canon 20D digital body, but still like the 'feel' of using film.

For info Here is a list of my current cameras etc. (including the... er, digital stuff... :rolleyes: )

I love using Ilford B&W films, mainly FP4 & HP5, and also run the odd roll of Fuji colour neg through - currently using the new(ish) 'Pro 400H' and getting good results.

Ah well I'll shut up now and have a browse around...

Thanks for all the welcomes! - Can I ask what is probably a stupid question, but try as hard as I can I can't find that answer...

What is the ruling on posting images around here, I have my own web server and use a domain on this to host various forum images. Therefore I will not require using the APUG server for this.

Most forums have limits on number of images, pixel sizes and/or file sizes and i don't want to break any rules if I can help it (I have already converted one image to a link just in case)

I've seen a lot of thumbnailed images linking to a larger picture, is this the normal thing to do?

I've spent the best part of half an hour looking for this info but to no avail...

It was nice, until this afternoon when it started raining! The temperature has also dropped by a few degrees, so looks like autumns on the way Ah well think of the photo opportunities with all those lovely autumnal colours.
