Default A analog guy in a digital world.

I'm so happy that I found Apug, I don't care much for digital cameras. I thought I was the last person still using film. Still using an old Canon F-1 with a bunch of FD lenses. Also a Rollieflex TLR and a Mamiya RB67 Pro-S.
I have access to a local college darkroom. But I don't know how long it is going to last, so I've started to collect equipment for a home darkroom.
Long live film. Jeff Kubach

Welcome Jeff. There is nothing like having your own darkroom.

Canons are so inferior to Nikons... Opps sorry.

Welcome to APUG. I built a full colour darkroom (complete with 26" roller transport RA4 printer, small professional film processor and a Durst L1200) for about the cost of a good inkjet printer. It is the best of times and the worst of times to be a film user and APUG can help tilt the balance to toward the former.

Having your own Darkroom is great, but working in an environment with other enthusiastic photographers is also great. I hope you enjoy your time here and welcome from the rainy southwest coast of the beautiful country of Canada.
